Eligibility
Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to advancement in their careers and must have completed at least 12 semester or 18 quarter hours of study at an institution of higher learning and be working toward a degree. Students must agree to enroll for at least six semester or nine quarter hours each academic period. A GPA of 2.5 or higher is required.

Applications are available online. An application form, statement of financial need, resume, three letters of reference, essay and transcript are required.
