Eligibility
Applicants must be enrolled in an eligible WUE degree, earn 12 credit hours each semester and have a cumulative 2.5 GPA. Students must submit the form by July 1 for the fall semester or December 15 for the spring semester and be legal residents of one of the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wyoming, the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Republic of the Marshall Islands or the Federal States of Micronesia.
