Eligibility

Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited institution of higher education and the children or grandchildren of a member of the sea services to include the following: United States Navy, United States Marine Corps, United States Coast Guard or U.S.-flag Merchant Marine. Preference is given to descendants of members of the USS Mahan.
