Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the United States and high school juniors or seniors. Students must be pursuing one of the following degrees: mass communications, development communication, information systems, software development, web development, cybersecurity, computer science and management and technology. Applicants must have an acceptance letter from a college or university and submit an essay on a provided prompt.
