Eligibility
Applicants must be eligible transfer students who reside in one of the following states or territories: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. Students must not exceed 90 transfer credit hours and have a 3.0 cumulative transfer GPA. Applicants must enroll and complete at least 12 credit hours fall and spring semesters (credit requirement does not apply to the summer terms) and must be transferred students starting the fall semester.
