Eligibility
Applicants must be Torrington residents currently enrolled as seniors in a high school or vocational-technical school and are seeking admission to an accredited university. Preference will be given to students who participate in school and/or organized sports while demonstrating academic achievement, exhibit a commitment to organized religion while engaging in institutional faith-based activities, and display exemplary character through either extracurricular accomplishments or community service.
