Applicants must be High school seniors from Wake County planning to enroll as full-time students at any two or four-year post-secondary educational program or institution. Students must demonstrate a creative gift in the visual arts, fine arts, leadership, teaching, entrepreneurship or other areas of talent and demonstrate financial need.
