Eligibility

Applicants must be Coast Guard members applying for themselves or their dependents. Students must be either enrolled in a college or university undergraduate or graduate program, pursuing a multi-course VoTech program approved by the Department of Veteran Affairs or Department of Education that would prepare them for their career, pursuing a GED or completing a correspondence course for a college, university or VoTech program.
