Eligibility

Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited institution of higher education. Only dependents or direct descendants of a member of the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy or U.S.-Flag Merchant Marines or who are active members of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps are eligible to apply. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.
