Eligibility

Veteran must be awarded a VA Disability Rating of 100%, Permanent and Total by US Dept. of Veterans' Affairs (CH 35). If not 100%, P&T, veteran must be one of the following: Purple Heart, Congressional Medal of Honor or Missing in action. A one-year SC residency requirement for both veteran and dependent child. Students must attend a state-supported college, university or technical school in South Carolina. Applicants must be 26 years old or younger.
