Eligibility
Applicants must have a demonstrated financial need to receive the scholarship. First preference will be given to the residents of Pomfret, Putnam, Thompson and Woodstock residents. Secondary preference will be given to residents of Ashford, Brooklyn, Canterbury, Chaplin, Columbia, Coventry, Eastford, Hampton, Killingly, Mansfield, Plainfield, Scotland, Stafford, Sterling, Union, Willington and Windham. In relation to the course of field, first preference will be given to the students who choose nursing as a major.
