Applicants must be residents of Groton, New London or Norwich, must be pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited institution in chemistry, biology, industrial or automation engineering, industrial hygiene or environment, health and safety, must show academic achievements and good character and must have a demonstrated financial need to receive the scholarship.
