Applicants must be students who are willing to explore the less traditional pathways to education. This scholarship will be provided to students between the ages of 13 and 18 by April 1 of the application year who are residents of Bowdoinham to pursue their artistic, academic, athletic and vocational or life's passion outside of the traditional school environment (i.e., experiential education, summer programs or studies or special athletic instruction). Students must be residents of Bowdoinham who clearly demonstrate a need for financial assistance and preference will be given to applicants who have resided in Bowdoinham for at least one full year.
