Eligibility
Applicants must be a Port Arthur Memorial High School graduate pursuing a degree in the area of business, science (excluding nursing) or engineering. Students must reside in Port Arthur and plan to attend Lamar State College Port Arthur, Lamar University, LIT or a similar accredited college/ university on a full-time basis beginning with the fall semester immediately following graduation. Applicants must submit an application, two letters of recommendation, a personal statement and high school transcript.
