Eligibility

Applicants must be a graduating senior from an Orange County or Los Angeles County school and have been admitted to a community college, college or university. Students must also have at least one parent of Chinese descent, have a minimum 3.5 GPA (non-weighted) and a SAT of 1200 or ACT of 27. Applicants must prove financial need.
