Applicants must be incoming freshmen or currently enrolled students in an accredited U.S. community college, undergraduate or graduate program, or law school. Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate an interest in legislation and regulation of prescribed addictive drugs. Applicants must include an essay pertaining to possible legislation or laws that can help to prevent over-prescribing of medications that can become addictive.
