Eligibility
Applicants must have been Sea Cadets for at least two years and be members at the time of application. They must have attained the rate of NSCC E-3 or higher and be recommended by their commanding officers, NSCC Committee Chairmen and principals or counselors. They must have a B+ or higher GPA and present evidence of acceptance to an accredited institution of higher learning. SAT or ACT scores and class rank are considered.
