Eligibility
Applicants must be Harford County residents, must be graduating high school seniors, must be U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents who have enrolled full-time (12+ credits) with a minimum high school GPA of 3.0. Students must be enrolled in one of the following programs: Biology AS Program, Computer-Aided Design and Drafting AAS Program, Chemistry-Calculus Based Physics AS Program, Computer Information Systems AAS Program, Chemistry-Noncalculus Based Physics AS Program, Computer Science AS Program, Computer Information Systems Programming Certificate, Computer Information Systems Software Certificate, Computer Information Systems UNIX Certificate, Environmental Science AS Program, Information Systems Mgmt AS Program, Information Systems Security AAS Program, Mathematics AS Program, Engineering AS Program, Engineering Technology AAS Program, Physics AS Program, Science Laboratory Technology AAS Program or Teacher Education Chemistry AAT Program.
