Eligibility

Students must be residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Vermont and attend a school in another of those states that offers an RSP program in their major. The major must not be available at an in-school state.

How to Apply

Students should note that they are interested in the RSP program on their regular college application.
