Eligibility

Applicants must be enrolled full-time at a college in one of the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington or Wyoming. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Selection is based on demonstration of financial need, academic achievement, community service and extracurricular involvement.
