Eligibility

Applicants must be Minnesota residents pursuing a certificate, diploma, associate's degree or bachelor's degree in healthcare, STEM, business, education and public service programs. Students must have a Family Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) reported on the FAFSA or MN Dream Act Application of less than $50,000.
