Eligibility

Applicants must be graduating seniors attending one of the following high schools: James Monroe High School, Louisa County High School or Spotsylvania High School. Students must demonstrate plans to attend an institution of higher learning or pursue a skilled trade, vocational or technical education certification or degree. Applicants must be planning to study one of the following fields: health and physical education, marketing, health sciences, pre-law or engineering. Students must demonstrate financial need.
