Eligibility

Applicants must be students who are willing to pursue a four-year degree and are graduating from Middletown High School with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students must be majoring in physical education or a health-related field such as physical therapy or sports medicine and will be required to fill out financial information and upload the FAFSA.
