Eligibility

Applicants must be either a high school senior from the state of Maine or a graduate of a Maine high school (within the past four preceding years). Students must attend a college or university also in Maine starting in the fall. Applicants must have studies aimed at the ecology and economics in Maine to help insure that Maine benefits from the education of the student.
