Eligibility
Applicants must be Illinois residents and be sophomores at an accredited community college or current or upcoming juniors at an accredited four-year college or university. Students must demonstrate outstanding accomplishment in music, visual arts, dance, theater or the literary arts.
How to Apply
Applications are available online. An application form, transcript, evidence of accomplishment in the arts (such as reviews, awards, etc.) and an artwork sample are required.
