Eligibility
Applicants must be residents of the Northwestern Pennsylvania geographical area who pursuing a full-time program leading to a Baccalaureate degree in engineering, science or technology, or related curricula. Students must be scholastically outstanding, worthy and promising. Applicants must be attending Allegheny College, Edinboro University, Gannon University, Grove City College or Penn State Erie The Behrend College.
