Applicants must be a graduating senior from New York, Connecticut or New Jersey; describe and explain their leadership and service involvement within the LGBTQ+ community; certify their academic credentials; discuss their financial need and future goals; complete required essay or other formatted responses; and submit two letters of recommendation.
