Eligibility

Applicants must be graduating from Wooster High School in Ohio and been a member of the Speech and Debate team for at least three years. Students must have competed at the state tournament twice and accumulated at least 375 National Forensic League points by May of graduation year. Applicants must enroll as a full-time student.
