Eligibility

Applicants must be Kentucky residents, enrolled at least part-time and are current year, or high school graduates within the last two years. Students must be in the top quartile of their high school graduating class or who have an ACT score of 24 (or equivalent) and a cumulative high school GPA of 3.50. Applicants must attach their valid and dated high school transcripts to the application.
