Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or currently enrolled in an accredited community college, undergraduate or graduate level program in the United States. Students must have an interest in public service and have demonstrated this through volunteer, professional and educational experiences. A minimum 3.0 GPA or higher is required. Applicants will submit proof of a minimum of 10 service hours or a 750- to 1,000-word essay describing the importance of public servants and community service.
