Eligibility
Applicants must be children of United States Naval Academy graduates or Navy members who served in the submarine service. The Navy member or Academy graduate must have died on active duty or have 100 percent disability and be medically retired. Applicants must also be accepted and enroll in an accredited institution of higher learning.
