Eligibility
Applicants must be students of Robert E. Fitch, Ella T., Grasso Technical, Wheeler, Stonington or Westerly High Schools, must have a good academic ability, and extra-curricular activities and must have a demonstrated financial need to receive the scholarship. Preference will be given to students planning to do postsecondary studies at an accredited educational institution in administration of justice/law enforcement, plan to pursue military service, construction management, building trades (particularly HVAC, plumbing or electrical) or athletic endeavors/sports management.
