Eligibility
Applicants must be full-time student and residents of Bay County who have participated in cheerleading, choral music, musicals, stage productions, band or dance squad. They must also submit a completed FAFSA form, two recommendation letters, a current academic transcript and an essay about a positive experience they had while attending Garber High School.
