Eligibility
Applicants must be students who demonstrate diligence in and commitment to their studies, academic excellence and an interest in the pursuit of law. Students must be a resident of the City of Roanoke, the City of Salem, or the County of Roanoke, or a graduate of a high school located in those jurisdictions, and must have a grade point average of at least 3.0 during college or law school.
