Eligibility

Applicants must be Iowa residents who are high school seniors or current college students and must attend an in-state college or university. Students must plan to work in the newspaper industry in Iowa upon completion of their degrees.

Applications are available online. An application form, two letters of reference, personal statement and two writing samples are required.
