Eligibility
Applicants must attend an accredited college or university and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Students must also major in health, science, education, counseling or social work.
How to Apply
To apply, register online, complete the online application and select the scholarships to which you wish to apply. In addition, mail the supporting materials: printed confirmation page from the online application, personal statement, copy of Student Aid Report (SAR) available at www.fafsa.ed.gov and official transcript.
