Applicants must be currently employed onboard services and catering professionals who are members of middle or upper management. They must be seeking to enroll in professional and leadership development courses in order to further their careers. They must be proficient in two or more languages, and must have two or more years of international experience within the industry. Selection is based on professional experience and stated career goals.
