Eligibility

Applicants must be graduates of Springfield Technical Community College or Holyoke Community College and are of Puerto Rican ancestry. Students must be from Hampden or Hampshire Counties and plan to attend Massachusetts institutions of higher education. Applicants must have been involved in non-academic activities.
