Eligibility
Applicants must be graduating seniors from state-accredited public high schools in Portsmouth or the City of Richmond who plan to enroll in an accredited four-year college or university the following academic year. Students must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicants must demonstrate intent to pursue post-secondary study in the field of science, medicine or health care profession.
