Eligibility
Applicants must be residents of Vermilion County, Illinois or the Indiana Counties of Vermillion, Warren and Fountain. Students must be studying healthcare, education, liberal arts, horticulture, business, engineering, technology or criminal justice with a minimum B average. One application form is completed to apply for all of the college's scholarships. An essay, a letter of recommendation and a current transcript are required.
