Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are high school seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.3. Students must be African-American, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian and Pacific Islander American and/or Hispanic American, plan to enroll in a four-year degree program and be Pell-eligible.
