Eligibility

Applicants must attend high school at Penn-Trafford High School as graduating seniors and reside in Westmoreland County. Students must pursue a degree or studies in engineering, law, criminology, criminal justice, healthcare, biological sciences, fine arts, English/literature, humanities and environmental or conservation studies and have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
