Eligibility

Applicants must be Chinese or Chinese-American students from anywhere in Hampton Roads (including the Peninsula and Gloucester County) who plan to attend a four-year college or university. Students must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and exceptional potential in the areas of citizenship and leadership.
