Applicants must major in nursing. Students must be residents of eastern Kentucky Counties: Bell, Breathitt, Carter, Clay, Elliott, Estill, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Johnson, Knott, Knox, Laurel, Lawrence, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, McCreary, Menifee, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Pike, Powell Rockcastle, Whitley or Wolfe.
