Eligibility

Applicants must attend or plan to attend an accredited vocational or technical trade school OR 2- year college for a terminal degree in Pennsylvania and reside in Allegheny County, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Washington, Westmoreland or Fayette County. Students must pursue a degree or studies in traditional or modern trade and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and be between the ages of 18 and 25.
