Eligibility

Applicants must be residents of Cedar, Clinton, Jackson, Scott, or Muscatine counties and plan or have enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university. Students must also be pursuing an education or career in agriculture and have a 2.0 GPA. Applicants must have not reached their 25th birthday.
