Eligibility
Applicants must be U.S. legal residents who are of junior high school, high school or college age. They must submit a videotape of a solo performance in order to be considered for the live semifinals competition. Selection is based on the quality of performance during the semifinal and final rounds of live competition.
How to Apply
Application instructions are available online. A videotaped solo performance, autobiography, repertoire list, applicant photo and registration fee are required.
