Eligibility

Applicants must be graduates from Parkersburg Catholic, Parkersburg or Parkersburg South High School with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students must be pursuing a filed of study in police, ems, fire or criminal justice at a four-year institution, trade school or certificate program. Work ethic, community service and leadership skills are considered.
