Eligibility
Applicants must be High School students who have an opportunity to deliver a speech that applies the Rotary Four-Way Test in our everyday relationships with other people. Each Rotary Club within the district may submit only one candidate to this contest and will hold preliminary competitions prior to the district event. The Zanesville Noon Rotary club will select one student from participating contestants from Philo and Mid-East Schools to represent at the district competition.
