Eligibility
Applicants must be Washington, DC residents who are attending Washington, DC public or private high schools. They must be graduating seniors at the time of application and must have taken the SAT or ACT.
How to Apply
Applications are available online. An application form, copy of ACT or SAT scores, proof of family income, two letters of recommendation, autobiographic sketch and transcript with GPA are required.
